Donald J. Pagel is a patent attorney with over twenty-five years of experience helping businesses obtain patent protection for their inventions, both in the United States and internationally.  Mr. Pagel's practice consists primarily of preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent and trademark applications for small  and midsize businesses in the areas of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, scientific instrumentation and equipment, inorganic chemistry and materials science.  Mr. Pagel also advises companies on strategies for developing an intellectual property portfolio and/or dealing with intellectual property litigation, and for obtaining international patent and trademark protection.
