Mr. Pagel is an experienced intellectual property attorney who specializes in patent and trademark law.  He has prepared and prosecuted over one hundred U.S. patent applications, including some that have matured into patent families containing international versions of the U.S. patent.  Before law school, Mr. Pagel worked as an R&D chemist for a medical diagnostics company.
